Tim Lawler established Adapt Project Management in 2020. Tim was a founding director in a successful 10-year-old PM consultancy when he made the decision to launch a niche advisory and consultancy service for his clients in the high-tech industrial arena.
In 2020 people and businesses who thrived were those who were able to pivot and adjust to the changing pandemic induced environment. Agility and adaptability have always been hallmarks of Tim’s so Adapt was the perfect name for this new venture.

Tim is a qualified, highly-skilled and experienced construction professional who combines strong technical knowledge and commercial aptitude with the ability to develop and manage a high-performing team.
Well regarded in the industry with strong communication skills, Tim takes a straight-forward, common sense approach and leverages off 30 years of experience. With his previous roles spanning across both Development and Contracting companies, Tim has the well-rounded ability to interface with all levels of management and stakeholders to positively influence the outcomes of all projects in which he is involved.
