Bankstown Airport Lot 3

Lot 3 was the largest facility on Altitude Estate at 43,907m2. Originally planned to house 3 tenancies, the configuration was changed to meet the requirements of tenants Samsung Electronics and Yatsal when they had been secured. The layout reconfigurations from 3 to 2 tenancies required extensive changes to the dock face and office layouts including expansion of the footprints.
