This 35,000m² warehouse is split into two tenancies. Lot 1A is a 15,000m² facility leased by Hellman Worldwide Logistics.  Lot 1B is leased to Beijer Ref and is 20,000m². It includes a dangerous goods enclosure, breezeway, high pressure lines (including gas, oxygen, nitrogen & carbon dioxide), a paint booth, Innovation centre, trade store, call centre, and dock office.
